Sound equipment rental
Speakers, mixers, microphones and DJ gear for events from 20 to 500 people. Warehouse in Tallinn, rentals across Estonia, setup and a technician on request.
Showgear rents professional sound equipment for everything from a speech in a meeting room to concerts and festivals. The inventory includes JBL powered speakers and VTX line array, Yamaha, Soundcraft and Behringer mixers, Shure wireless systems in three price tiers, Shure and Sennheiser microphones, Shure PSM in-ear monitors and Pioneer DJ and Technics DJ gear. Every item has a public price per 24 hours, and the same pricing applies to a single microphone and to a full concert system.
If you do not know exactly what you need, start from a ready-made kit. We have assembled kits for the typical situations: speeches in a small hall, a seminar for 150 people, a party with a subwoofer, a wedding with a ceremony and a dance floor, a band for 200 people, a concert with a line array. The kit price is the sum of the items in it, nothing is added quietly, and any item can be swapped.
You can collect the equipment from our Tallinn warehouse or have our technicians deliver and set it up. A simple kit, say two speakers on stands and two wireless microphones, takes a person fifteen minutes to set up alone. For a band, a line array or more than four wireless channels we recommend a technician, who can stay for the event if needed.

The kits are put together by event type and audience size. Each kit page has the exact item list, the reasoning behind each item, setup notes and the price per 24 h.

How renting works
- 1
Pick equipment or a kit
Add items or a whole kit to the rental request straight from the page. If in doubt, tell us the event type, headcount, room and date and we will put the list together.
- 2
Receive a quote
We answer with a quote listing the equipment, the rental period and, if wanted, delivery, setup and a technician. The booking is confirmed once the quote suits you.
- 3
Pickup or delivery
Collect the gear from the Tallinn warehouse at the agreed time or have us deliver it. With delivery we set the system up and run a sound check.
- 4
Event and return
After the event, pack the equipment the way you received it and bring it back, or we collect it. If anything broke, tell us right away.
