Pioneer DJM-A9

The Pioneer DJM-A9 is a four-channel club DJ mixer that serves as the standard console in many clubs and on festival stages. It has built-in effects, phono inputs for turntables, line inputs for CDJs and controllers, and a balanced XLR output to the house system. It is rented for club nights, festival DJ stages, corporate parties and weddings where the DJ is used to Pioneer's layout and does not want to adapt to an unfamiliar mixer.

With two or three Pioneer CDJ-3000 players, the A9 forms the setup most riders ask for; the Pro DJ Link connection between players and mixer runs over LAN cables through the mixer. For vinyl, add Technics SL-1210MK7 turntables and Ortofon Concorde cartridges, the phono inputs are on board. For a smaller party played from a controller, the A9 is not needed. The mixer makes no sound by itself: speakers such as the JBL SRX812P and a subwoofer are ordered separately.
