JBL VTX A6

The JBL VTX A6 is a compact passive line array element with two 6.5-inch woofers and one high-frequency driver. We rent it as the main system for small and medium halls, as front fill or out fill next to a larger VTX A8 system, and as a delay line in a long room. The typical customer is a conference, a theatre production or a club concert that needs even coverage where a big array will not fit.

The A6 is passive, so it needs an amplifier, in our stock the Crown I-Tech 4×3500HD, and the VTX B15 subwoofer adds the low end. For ground stacking there is the A6 BP base plate. If the stage and audience are bigger, or you need more bass from the whole hang, choose the VTX A8. If you want simplicity without an amp rack, active speakers like the SRX812P are a better fit.
